Bissell reached on a single, then advanced to second on a Garrett Foster sacrifice bunt and moved to third on a Haddox walk.
The Drovers added two runs in the top of the third inning on a wild pitch and another Figuereo RBI single.
USAO added a run in the top of the seventh and eighth innings on a Chris Musick RBI infield single to deep shortstop and a solo blast by Dillon White to right-center field, respectively.
