Allison Frey, a sophomore from Mustang, Okla., added 12 points with nine of the points coming from beyond the arc. The guard is now 7-for-21 from the three-point line this season.
OCU trailed by as many as 10 points in the second quarter but the Stars chipped the Pilots lead to two points in the final minute with a Frey three-pointer. The Pilots led 35-33 at the half.
A bucket by Wallen in the opening minute of the third quarter tied the game but it would be the closest OCU ever got.

Another three pointer by Miller and a bucket by Kourtney Pennywell gave the Pilots an early 11-point lead in the fourth quarter.
Pennywell notched a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds for the Pilots.
With 2:04 left to play, OCU's Johnson scored off a second chance opportunity to cut the game within four points.
The Pilots responded with consecutive buckets from Pennywell and Courtney Randle to extend the lead to eight points. Randle finished with nine points, four rebounds and three assists for the Pilots.
LSU-Shreveport went on a 6-0 run to close out the game.
OCU won the turnover margin 18-21 but were out rebounded by the Pilots 52 to 35.
LSU-Shreveport shot 40.7% from the field, while the Stars were held to 38.6%. The Pilots made 14-for-25 from the free throw line, while OCU only managed one-for-three from the charity strike.
