Kalajdzic of Stars named SAC defensive player of week

Freshman from Novi Sad, Serbia allows two goals in two matches

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University's Vladimir Kalajdzic became Sooner Athletic Conference men's soccer defensive player of the week for Aug. 25-31.
Kalajdzic, a freshman from Novi Sad, Serbia, notched 15 saves for the Stars in two matches this weekend.
In OCU's 1-1 tie with Our Lady of the Lake (Texas), Kalajdzic piled up 11 saves in 100 minutes of play.
Oklahoma City competes next against Southern Nazarene at 6 p.m. Sept. 9 at Stars Field.
