Stars’ Worsham dubbed SAC offensive player of the week

Worsham netted four goals in John Brown Classic

Allison Worsham is tied for the team lead with five goals on the season.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University's Allison Worsham was named Sooner Athletic Conference women's soccer offensive player of the week for Sept. 9-15.
Worsham, a sophomore from Edmond, Okla., recorded four goals in OCU wins over Grace (Ind.) and Bellevue (Neb.) at the John Brown Classic. The 5-foot-6 forward had her first career hat trick in a 4-1 win over Grace and scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Bellevue.
Worsham upped her season total to five goals and is tied for the team lead with senior Meghan McMahon.
The 12th-ranked Stars, now 3-2 on the season, will return to action against Oklahoma Wesleyan at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Stars field. Follow the action via live stats and video by clicking here.
