OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University's women's soccer team will face USAO at 1 p.m. Saturday in Chickasha, Okla., in the opening round of the Sooner Athletic Conference tournament.

OCU finished the regular season in fifth place in the conference with a 9-6-1 record overall.

“The women have done tremendously well this year just to make it to the playoffs with all the injuries,” OCU coach Brian Harvey said. “We just have to try and take it one game at a time.”

The Stars are led by senior forward Sarah Leonard who leads the team with 19 goals on the season. Her 49 career goals rank third in school history.
