Crawford has two assists in 2-0 OCU win over Texas Wesleyan

OKLAHOMA CITY ? Oklahoma City University bookended the match with goals in a 2-0 women?s soccer victory over Texas Wesleyan on Monday at Stars Field.
OCU?s Sarah Leonard struck for a goal 3:50 into the game. Jennifer Crawford bounced a ball 20 yards into the penalty area, right in front of Leonard, who found the back of the net.
Zoe Barratt scored in the 85th minute. Barratt boomed a corner kick to Crawford, who fed Barratt for the goal.
The Stars moved to 7-1-1 on the season. OCU played without all-American defender Erika Garbrecht. Kara Nimz filled in for Garbrecht.
?We scored very early and very late,? OCU coach Brian Harvey said. ?We looked like a team that was pumped up.?
The Stars face Oklahoma Christian on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Stars Field. Both teams lead the Sooner Athletic Conference with a 5-0-1 SAC record.
